In 2008, KEZ graduated from The State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences.  Due to KEZ’s love of comics, and the necessity of completing a thesis to satisfy a final Honors Department requirement, she decided to write an 80+ page volume that validated the art of comics (and therefore the art of webcomics), and focused on her (then) 4-year journey with her own comic, The War of Winds.

With help of her thesis adviser Dr. Alisia Chase, and lots of Bollywood, tea and chocolate, The Art of Webcomics was completed in May 2008. It was best part of KEZ’s college career.

Pieces of the thesis will be posted on the site every now and then.  It will be posted in its entirety elsewhere for use as anyone might see fit, for reference or ridicule. Enjoy!
