Hey all! Sorry for this sad excuse for an update. I need a week to finish scripting and get some other site work done, so you only get this. This 'cover' is the official start of Book 3, wherein lotsofstuffhappens. And you meet lots of people. Cool people. People I've been waiting years to draw in this story. I just got access to a computer this morning, so I haven't even updated the front page of the site yet. So behind! ARRRGHHH.

Happy Day After Independence Day fellow Americans! And here it is, the final of Interim II. I think this is the fastest I've ever completed a 'chapter.' WHOO! Only like...4 months! *sigh*

Book III: The Forgotten starts next week with Chapter 9: Still Alive. I'm still actually in the middle of rewriting it, so hopefully now I'll be able to focus and finish it. Deadlines and I are secretly BFFs.

Heeellloooo all you wonderful readers! I have survived the MCAT, and have returned to a life with much less stress. My lower eyelid has finally stopped twitching (I looked much like a madwoman toward the end...) and most importantly, I can watch TV--I mean, draw a lot again! Too bad my car has not survived. My wonderful Sparhawk (that is my car's name) blew a hose today while driving. Thank goodness he did so near my home, and not during the drive to the test and back! The damn exam was nearly 5 hours from my home base. :( Talk about stress on stress.

Needless to say, I am ecstatic the exam is over, and I think I did well. I have a peaceful feeling. I know I didn't do super awesomely...but I did well enough for my purposes. Phew.

In other news! How about this page? Wow. There's a lot of backstory on here. Some of it you may all have forgotten by now! Because it was like....HUNDREDS OF PAGES ago. During a Ustreaming session a few weeks ago, at the end during my 'ask a spoiler, any spoiler' game (wherein the person with the fastest fingers gets to ask any question about any of my comics they want...AND get the full answer), a big spoiler came out that I really didn't think was a spoiler anymore. But it was, and it mainly involved who's who. There's another spoiler and I no longer thought was a spoiler involving that poor boy who hasn't been seen since forever either, but I suppose connecting that many dots is too much to ask of my readers for how often I update :( Not to mention, how inexperienced I was/am with comics. But no matter! It all starts coming out now. Enjoy!

Aaaaand here's your page. Sorry to have missed last week's. June will probably have biweekly updates for this comic until I finish studying for (and take) the MCAT on the 17th. After that, updates should return to normal, hopefully.

And here, finally, is Ku (there should be an umlaut on that but I'm too lazy to get the code...)! The East Wind. You know he's not the North Wind because Rahn and An'soru already mentioned how Tempest hadn't been seen in QUITE sometime. A very convenient timespan, actually, that coincides with some characters that haven't appeared since forever. Ahem.

I colored this page live on Ustream. Tonight I'll be doing a What it Takes strip to complete the purchased extra updates for the month of May if you want to tune in. I announce it on Twitter. At the end of the session, my tradition (from interviews, since I just started streaming) is to answer the first question asked by a watcher regarding my stories. I agree to answer ANY question, regardless how much of a spoiler it is, so if you have any burning questions, check it out...and get some cream for that.

Tonight I let slip one major spoiler that I didn't think was a spoiler anymore, but I suppose it's been so long since we've seen Ian and the gang that maybe my expectations were a bit high for people catching on. Eh, I'm not complaining. Hopefully that will just make it more of a surprise!
